Everything on this page is life size
He owns the calendar, the invoices and the loading door. Tuesday to Saturday, 08:00–19:00 CET. Outside those hours the phone goes to a machine that nobody listens to until Tuesday.
Booking sheet · five things we need
We answer every enquiry inside three working days with a plan at 1:40 and a number. If the dates do not work we say so in the first line, not the last.
We keep enquiries for twelve months and then delete them. We do not add anyone to the quarterly letter without being asked.
If you are sending a van, these are the numbers that matter. They are stated at 1:1 because a set that is 20 mm too wide is a set that gets cut in half in the corridor.
Lead times: 19 working days from signed brief to delivered files at 1:1 or below, 31 at 8:1, and we will not quote 12:1 under five weeks. A hold lasts ten days without a deposit; the deposit is 30%.
Usually the same afternoon. If the dates are impossible you hear that first, before anything else is discussed.
A measured set drawing, a lighting plan and the number of sheets. This is free, and it is yours whether or not you book.
Build days, shoot days, crew, usage. Four lines, no bundled total hiding a mark-up.
30% books the dates and buys the paper, which is the part that cannot be rushed once the order is in.
Or just come to the door
Knock between 08:00 and 19:00, Tuesday to Saturday. If the loading door is open we are building something, and you are welcome to stand in it.
